They help with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Personal Care Aides also provide companionship and emotional support to their clients, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Certification or training as a Personal Care Aide preferred
3. Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related field
4. Compassionate and patient demeanor
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Physical stamina to assist with lifting and moving clients
7. Ability to follow instructions and work independently
8. Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
