We are looking for talented and compassionate CNA and/or caregivers who will provide our client in various areas in Maryland a 5 star caregiving experience. Must love working with seniors and provide outstanding senior companionship and daily living support care. Must be punctual and serious about your job with outstanding time and attendance and have a STRONG passion for customer service.
Role and Responsibilities:
To provide compassionate companion care as if it was your own family
Assist with running errands, provide transportation for clients to include doc appts and social events, visits to family and friends, assist client plan recreational activities, medication reminders, remain within the vicinity of the client in the home, report client change in condition or incidents to main office.
Document client care notes end of shift such as services delivered, utilize Wellsky software as trained, adhere to policy and procedures, communicate with service coordinator about client, adhere to HIPPA, follow care plan and caregiver tasks, vitals signs
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors
- CPR card
- High School Diploma/GED
- Clean driving record, must be able to pass a background check
- Proof of working well with Seniors via Reference check
- Previous hospital and/or rehab experience required
WILL GIVE A RAISE within 3 months to a caregiver the client appreciates.
