Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will play a vital role in delivering personal care and support services to clients in their homes, fostering a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and walking support

Monitor and document vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment

Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life

Observe and promptly report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or mental conditions

Adhere to individualized care plans and follow agency policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Ohio

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in home health care, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
