A Personal Care Assistant/Home Health Aide provides assistance to individuals who require help with daily living activities due to physical limitations or age-related conditions. They work in clients' homes or in long-term care facilities, helping with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. They also offer companionship and emotional support to their clients.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
- Clean criminal background check and drug screening
