Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant training or certification in caregiving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Patience, compassion, and empathy
- Clean background check and drug screening
