Job Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Holistic Touch Homecare, you will:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including help with transfers and exercises.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate loneliness and promote
well-being.

Qualifications

- Compassionate, caring, and patient with a strong desire to help others.
- Previous experience as a PCA or in a similar caregiving role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Reliable and responsible, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
