A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, educates patients and their families, and collaborates with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. They are responsible for assessing patients' health status, administering medications, and coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. RNs also play a crucial role in patient advocacy, promoting health and wellness, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
