Duties
* Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
* Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
* Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
* Monitor clients' health by observing changes in their condition and reporting any concerns to healthcare
professionals.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
* Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.
