Homecare Scheduler Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of homecare staff to ensure that clients receive the appropriate care and support. They will work closely with clients, caregivers, and other team members to create efficient scheduling plans, handle changes and adjustments to schedules, and ensure that all shifts are covered. The Homecare Scheduler Coordinator must have excellent communication and organizational skills to manage schedules effectively and provide the best possible care for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, social work, or related field, or 2 years' experience preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or homecare setting
- Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
